Dr. V.I. Johannes and C.W. Jowett’s paper, “Temperature Distribution in Aluminum Extrusion Billets” (referenced in “Homogenization of Aluminum Alloy Extrusion Billet, Part III” in the April 2009 issue of LMA), has been updated by Johannes with corrections to the equations that originally appeared in the paper in the Proceedings of the Sixth International Extrusion Technology Seminar (ET ’96).
