Dynamic Concept, a global supplier of molten metal process technologies and equipment to the aluminum industry, formed a strategic partnership with DTE, an Icelandic metals analysis pioneer. Under the agreement, the two companies work together to deliver complete solutions — including Dynamic Concept’s molten metal transfer solution and DTE’s molten metal analysis solution — into fully integrated units destined to aluminum producer customers.

DTE’s laser-based solution enables real-time analysis of molten metal composition, combining the data with advanced AI to deliver a live, comprehensive overview of the entire process. The technology represents a significant enhancement to the efficiency and process control capability, enabling customers to reduce both customers costs and carbon emissions.
Combined with Dynamic Concept’s molten metal handling and robotic expertise, as well as their equipment integration experience, this agreement will allow both partners to offer complete packaged solutions to the market. This agreement also build’s on DTE’s recent joint agreement with Ramboll, which also aims to enhance process control capabilities for aluminum producers.
