Forged Solutions Group (FSG), based in the U.K., has acquired Continental Forge, based in Compton, CA. The acquisition expands the group’s ability to produce complex aluminum components for the the military and commercial aerospace industries.

Founded in 1968 by Charles Haueisen, Continental Forge is a manufacturer of precision near-net shape forged and machined solutions for the military and commercial aerospace industries. The company specializes in utilizing a variety of aluminum alloys and is a key supplier of aerospace components to leading well-established, nationally-recognized customers. With decades of forging expertise, Continental Forge has built a long-standing reputation for the quality, reliability, and performance of its products.
As an FSG company, Continental Forge will continue to be led locally by Mark Haueisen and Jeff Haueisen, sons of founder. “I am excited to carry on my father’s legacy as part of FSG,” said Mark Haueisen. “With the support and scale of FSG, we plan to expand our capabilities and technical expertise, providing further value to our customers.”
