The AAC Releases Its 2022 Buyers’ Guide

2022 AAC Buyer's GuideThe Aluminum Anodizers Council (AAC) released the 2022 edition of the AAC Buyers’ Guide, which features a complete list of all AAC member companies, from anodizers to suppliers. Along with alphabetical listings of member companies, this valuable resource provides an extensive capabilities chart that identifies the processes provided by each anodizer listed—helping readers find the right anodizer for their project.

In addition, the buyers’ guide includes valuable industry knowledge—such as an industry outlook for anodizing in 2022. The guide also includes a new article from Pinakin Patel of Techevon LLC entitled, “Environmental & Regulatory Factors in Coloring Anodized Aluminum,” which was awarded the Donald I. Johnson Award of Excellence for best presentation from the AAC’s 2020 Annual Anodizing Conference. Patel highlighted the types of coloring methods for anodizing, and reviewed metalized dyes, non-metalized dyes, Azo dyes, and non-Azo dyes in terms of how they are impacted by chemical restrictions and compliance rules and regulations. In addition, he presented organic dye manufacturing guidelines and regulations as a coloring alternative.

Whether looking for a new anodizer or an anodizing equipment or products supplier, the AAC Buyers’ Guide is a must have resource during these tumultuous times.

The 2022 AAC Buyers’ Guide is a free publication and is available in both print and in a digital flipbook format. To view and download the online version or to request a printed copy, visit www.AACBuyersGuide.org.
