Surface Aluminium Technologies (SAT) S.R.L. and ALIT Technologies SRL, both based in Italy, signed a commercial agreement, which will enable SAT to exclusively sell ALIT’s paint stripping machines for vertical coating lines.

ALIT Technologies is a specialist in the chemical paint stripping of metal surfaces, providing innovative in-line systems and high-performance stripping products with low environmental impact. In particular, ALIT has developed Fastrip ISP machines, which are able to strip and clean hooks during the the painting process.
The Fastrip ISP technology is able to provide the in-line paint stripping of hooks (used to carry extruded aluminum profiles) for vertical coating lines. The system includes a paint stripping tank that is installed between the unloading and loading stations. After the painted profiles are removed, the hooks automatically pass through and are immersed in the stripping bath for a variable time of approximately 2 minutes. This eliminates the need to remove the hooks from the conveyor and send them to a stripping contractor, making the process more efficient and economical.
As part of the commercial agreement, SAT will be the only supplier able to offer the Fastrip ISP machine for vertical coating lines for aluminum extrusions. This will be an excellent addition to the company’s existing equipment, including the CUBE compact powder coating line, vertical powder coating plants with integrated flash-anodizing pre-treatment, anodizing lines, wood effect decoration machines, and packaging systems for aluminum profiles.
