Lw2019 Aluminum Fabrication Technology Seminar Issues Call for Papers

Lw2019 - 7th Aluminum Fabrication Technology seminar and exposition

The 7th Aluminum Fabrication Technology Seminar and Exposition, Lw2019, will be held in Guangzhou, China on September 18-21, 2019. Hosted by the Lw Aluminum Processing Technology Center, led by Zitao Wang, the event is held every three years enabling industry professionals from China and around the world to share and discover the state-of-the-art technologies of the aluminum industry.

The theme of Lw2019 is Aluminum Innovation for a Green Future. The three-day event will once again offer a platform for researchers, engineers, mangers, marketers, and consultants to exchange innovative ideas and new knowledge on a variety of aspects of aluminum processing, to display new products and services, to understand the Chinese market, and to foster collaboration. It will showcase the new developments of China’s aluminum industry which is by far the largest in the world both in aluminum production and in aluminum consumption. In 2017, China’s primary aluminum output was 33.29 million tons, secondary aluminum 6.75 million tons, and fabricated aluminum products 38.20 million tons. Aluminum consumption in China reached 24 kg per capita.

The seminar will be held with a concurrent exposition. Past events have featured an average of 80 exhibitors.
