The 12th Aluminium Two Thousand World Congress will be held on September 19-23, 2023, in Bologna, Italy — an event where aluminum companies, universities, and associations come from all over the world to present innovative technologies and applications in the aluminum field to a specialized international audience.
The congress aims are to analyze all aspects of the aluminum value chain, to provide an opportunity to network with international colleagues, offer lectures from technical and scientific experts, exchange ideas for the improvement of aluminum technology, help customers and suppliers improve their business relationships, and finally to become stronger as a global aluminum community.
The event will once again be in collaboration with the 7th International Conference on Extrusion and Benchmark (ICEB), the biggest event in Europe related to the recent developments on extrusion technology and its analysis by FEM simulation.

Potential speakers are invited to submit a title by August 15, 2022 deadline extended to October 30, 2022, and a maximum one page abstract for a proposed presentation by October 15 deadline extended to November 20, 2022.
Abstracts should be emailed to aluminium2000@interall.it. A template for abstracts is available on the conference website.
Based on author’s request, the abstracts and the full papers will be reviewed for publication in a scientific journal (Materials Today: Proceedings by Elsevier) or in the conference proceedings (with ISBN).
