A towering 18 ft aluminum sculpture of W.C. Handy, “Father of the Blues”, was unveiled in Muscle Shoals, AL, celebrating the area’s rich musical heritage. The sculpture was built by artist Eric Nubbe. Crafted from recycled aluminum sheet provided by Constellium, the art piece stands as a testament to both the region’s musical legacy and the impact of its aluminum industry. See story on page 62.
