Matalco Inc. started up its third aluminum remelt and billet production facility located in Lordstown, OH. The plant features state-of-the-art technology, including a casting system that can produce 7, 8, 10, and 12 inch billet in lengths up to 300 inches. When it reaches full capacity, the Lordstown facility will be able to produce 350 million lbs annually. See story on page 18.
